By accessing or using Amplify Intel ("the Service"), operated by Amplify Group ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Amplify Intel is a target account intelligence platform designed for account-based marketing (ABM) teams. The Service provides:

  • Real-time trigger event monitoring (layoffs, M&A, leadership changes)
  • Account scoring and prioritization
  • Stakeholder mapping and contact management
  • Alert notifications via Slack, email, and other channels
  • Outreach playbook recommendations

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Amplify Intel is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay the applicable subscription fees
  • Provide valid payment information
  • Accept automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Understand that fees are non-refundable except as required by law

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service in bulk
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of data you input into the Service. We retain ownership of aggregated, anonymized insights derived from Service usage.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Amplify Group and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our permission.

8. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate trigger event data, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided through the Service. Business decisions should not be made solely based on data from the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amplify Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
